I'll have to check my list but I would say I would send out these announcements to almost everyone I would send a holiday card to. Which include family, close &amp; close-ish friends. Usually if they send me a holiday card in the past, I would do the same. There are people that come off my holiday list each year that aren't that close anymore. I think I would have to see which ones are close enough to get one. Oh, my birth announcement will be sent to my RE's office, my fertility accupuncturist and others. My DH is friends with our vet's nurse and so she would get one since she always asks how the babies are doing. </p> <p>As for deciding who gets a monthly photo, I'll definitely have to look at our list. A lot of people know of our infertiliy journey and have supported us so it will be hard for me to decide if they care to get one. I'd be so excited to receive the photo updates, especially as they have changed so much from a very early start. Now if they'd been born full term, I might not be as fussed as babies don't change THAT much in a couple of months, but yours certainly have from little preemies and I'd be thrilled to see how they've grown.</p> <p>That being said though, as the consensus sounds as though they wouldn't really care, I'd probably only do it if they were really cheap, given that most people said they would just throw them away. Also, who all would you be sending them to?
