Just start with that side when nursing for the next couple of days. the demand should tell your breast to produce more milk. My supply adjusted pretty quickly until my LO was older and didn't drink as much milk, then there wasn't enough demand to generate the supply.

Any tips for how to bring back your supply after a clogged duct? I was just fighting a clogged duct Thursday and Friday and my supply on that side has crashed. I was block feeding one side at a time and if I didn't nurse I could pump at least 4 oz for that side. Now if I pump I only get 1 or 1 1/2 oz. how can I get back to normal?

Did your supply tank after clogged ducts? How did you bring it back?
