@caffeinated: well she has only had solids for the last two days but last night she woke up once, but didnt cry or anything she just lay on her back for a while so I decided to nurse her and went right back to sleep. Which is a big improvement from her waking up every 2 hours crying and fussing

@caffeinated: I know... my husband was away on business for the first 2 weeks and I really though I was going to kill myself.

I think they make a lot of huge leaps around 6 months, so their sleep does suck for a bit. After her sleep fiasco, she finally started rolling both ways and is now very quickly on her way to crawling. She is also getting 4 teeth.

My LOs sleep is not great since we moved a couple of weeks ago. She goes to sleep at 10 p.m! (Ugh) and wakes up a 1-3x at night to feed. I'm pretty sure she's teething (top two teeth).

@Mrsbells: I'm looking at my notes, and i noticed that i've been bf'ing her less during the day. She slept a lot better when i first introduced solids, but maybe i just need to feed her more as she is a lot more active now? She gets about 2oz of food at breakfast and maybe 3-4oz at dinner. Does your LO wake up at all during the night now?

We went through 3-4 weeks right around 6 months where she went from 1 night waking to 5-6. She decided she was done with the swaddle (took 2 weeks to calm down) and then decided she was a tummy sleeper (she hates being on her tummy, also took 2 weeks to calm down). When it ended, she went to STTN 14 hours straight, 6:30-8:30.

She recently dropped from 5 to 4 bottles a day also.

My LO had some restless and wakeful nights right around at the 6 month mark... and then she cut 2 teeth and went back to sleeping like she usually does. Could your LO be teething?

My LO turned 6 months this weekend and she has also been waking up more often for 3 nights in a row, but once i introduced solids she slept soundly so maybe she was hungry?

Yes, i know i've been complaining about her sleep lately! :(

Ever since i've started putting LO down between 7 and 7:30pm (her bedtime used to be 8pm) she's been waking up twice at night. Once at around 11pm-12am, and again at 3:30-4am. I know this is normal for some babies, but she stopped having two night wakings since the 4 month mark!

Could she be hungry? She's usually still awake after bf'ing her the first waking, and she'll fall asleep on the boob during the second waking. I am currently feeding her solids twice a day (breakfast/lunch) and wonder if i should move it up to three times a day? I also noticed that i recently dropped down from 6 to 5 bf-ings during the day (7 feedings total in 24 hours)...could that be a factor as well?

Fragmented sleep is just killing me. There's almost no point in me going to bed early because i'll just end up waking up an hour later!
