Thank you ladies!! I am taking everything you have said to heart. I know the same things don't work for everyone, but this is the best reason to get healthy! Just because I'm not overweight doesn't mean I'm healthy, and my food choices suck! I am going to start the couch to 5k (again!) and add more fruits/veggies to my diet to start, see how that goes. I have been seeing a chiropractor for 3 months and while I haven't gotten pregnant, my body feels amazing without pain!

@SweetMamaM: I am especially intrigued by this book and immediately bought it. I think it will be good for my life to slow down. I'm always "busy" with unimportant things!

You ladies are the best! Thanks again!

My cycles went crazy after our miscarriage so after a few months of not getting pregnant, I started going back to my chiropractor and I got pregnant that next cycle.

@mrscastro swears by acupuncture since she got her bfp and I've heard a few success stories from it too.

I think a combination of things helped me to get and stay pregnant. Vitamin B complex, preseed, and bum up/cycling legs for 20 mins after BD!

After about 8-9 cycles of TTC, I started daily 30 minute walks, since I read that walking can boost fertility and improve reproductive health. In addition, I cut all caffeine out of my diet and started drinking a cup of apple juice every morning (I read that it can also help with fertility...I forget the specific source though). I also started on a high quality whole food organic prenatal, and within 2 cycles of making these changes, we were pregnant :)

I was doing acupuncture and that alone wasn't working, mainly because we made the assumption that my hormones were out of whack. Following a trip to the doctor and multiple blood tests I found out that my hormones were normal but my C-reactive protein (inflammation marker) was high. At that point I was reading a lot here on chiropractors and I have always had some lower back pain so I decided to investigate.
Turns out I sprained my pelvis about nine years ago and have been walking round lopsided for years. My acupuncturist, yoga instructor and chiro now are all working together to realign me, reduce my inflammation.
If you have a Kindle, I'd recommend Rushing Women's Syndrome by Dr Libby Weaver. I was reading it and having so many "aha" moments - no wonder that five months down the track we're still not pregnant.

I used pressed every cycle. I read online that a warm uterus will get pregnant so I drank lots of hot green tea and used a heating pad on my lower tummy and back after O till 11dpo.

I think traditional Chinese medicine, and getting an HSG may have helped me. HSG sucks though.

I definitely don't think it can hurt to eat better and exercise. Both times I've gotten a BFP, I started eating better and exercising more and lost a little weight beforehand.

I did all sorts of things, but who knows if they helped or not. Ate pineapple, took a baby aspirin the first half of my cycle, lots of rest in general, butt up on pillow after BD, and I used pre-seed which I think helped the most.

Did you make any changes that you think helped you get pregnant? I have heard about accupuncture, chiropractors, etc... I'm interested in things you stopped/started doing (eating certain things, exercising, etc) that you think helped you conceived.

I am moving into month 4 of ttc and I'm looking at making some changes to just be generally healthier (eating better, exercising, etc). Any advice is appreciated!!
