I've had them too with some of my indoor plants. My DH read somewhere that if you put a little bit of dish soap in the water it keeps them away. I swear every time I buy the potted Basil plants, we get all these tiny little nat bugs. Last week I bought a mixed herbs pot from TJ's and we've had these little black flying bugs ever since. DH doesn't believe they're from the plants, like we must have a food source somewhere. I put the plant outside and I haven't seen one since! Am I designated to only have outdoor herbs, or is there some trick for growing them indoors? </p>
