I think my period usually comes early if I take plan B. Done it twice I think? But I don't know if that's a home remedy. I think you just have to wait. :(

I've had weird cycles my whole life. No advice for starting them at home. I've had prescriptions for starting them before (prometrium, provera, bioidentical progesterone creams). I hate them all. The most effective method I've ever used to induce periods/become more regular is to go to a licensed acupuncturist.

I had to induce my period about 10 years ago. At that time, I didn't care at all about prescriptions or asking questions, so I just took the prescription my OBGYN gave me (I assume it was some kind of hormone). The period, once it came, was totally normal, and that never happened again.

Now, my advice would be to wait it out as long as I had no other symptoms.

No. I just had to wait it out. My GP wouldn't even consider inducing my period until it had been about 60 days. Are you sure you ovulated on time?

Do you chart at all? I used to and there were definitely some cycles where I didn't ovulate when I was supposed to. I've had some 90-day cycles and I could tell through my temp chart that I hadn't ovulated, but once I saw that spike, my period came 10-11 days later like clockwork.

Any tips on home remedies for inducing AF? I'm about 5 days late. Not pregnant, unfortunately. 🙁
