I did the vitamin c one.... It didn't work for me & I just gave myself a tummy ache  I also tried black cohosh, vitex, acupuncture & Chinese herbs (not all once, AF goes missing a lot, so I've had lots of opportunities to test things out on myself, lucky me!). Ended up using provera, it made me a raving looney with terrible skin, but almost two weeks after stopping it, AF made an appearance.

I've never heard of this! I might have to give it a try. The last few months I think my body has been trying to have a period but I just end up with some light spotting.

I've been searching for a way to naturally induce my flow since I appear to still be high on progesterone. I found a note on Parsley tea, so I'm giving it a try. I thought someone else could find it helpful too!

* Parsley: Boil two and half cups of water and add one ounce of parsley to it (about 2 handfuls of leaves). Remove it from heat immediately after adding parsley and cover it. Steep it for about 20 minutes. You should drink 2-6 tablespoons of this parsley tea four times a day.

More methods can be found here. It sounds like Vitamin C is the most effective, but I'd be wary of taking so much of it. I'll update on how the tea goes, its steeping now :)
