We've only used it a few times, but I think for the $$ it's a great deal. It does not fully recline but it does have a 2 recline level so it's not completely upright. </p> <p>I love how lightweight it is (11 pounds), folds up easily, and has a HUGE canopy. There's even a smaller basket underneath that fits a small bag (it's kind of tiny). It comes with an outer bag that you can fold up and put the stroller in which I loved when we took it on the airplane.
