We live on the 2nd floor so I carry him up and down in it every day. I've always taken the steps one at a time holding onto the railing. Aside from that, I'm honestly just used to it, taking small steps. I love that I can carry him in and out of the car if he falls asleep. I started regularly leaving it in the car at 7ish months. I would only take it out if she was sleeping. It was killing my back. I can barely walk and carry the thing with one hand anymore...I have to take really small steps and use my leg to propel it forward. But won't it get super hot and make her miserable if I keep it in the car all summer? </p>
