It talked about bathing, some feeding (although we took the breastfeeding class they offered, too), sleeping and more basics. They split it into a birth course (5 part), monthly "prenatal" course on body changes while being pregnant/prep/etc, a breastfeeding course, and an infant care course. I think the infant care one is only a one night session. First one is birth, second covers infant care, and third is breastfeeding. Our hospital offers them for I think $35. Do you think they are worthwhile? I'm sure we could pick up on things without them but I think they could be fun for DH &amp; I to bond over. </p>
