The infant size goes up to 30 lbs. Whatever brand you choose, make sure it is a Type 1. They are both under 30 lbs so I got the Sterns ones that go over their heads and has a wet suit/onsie for the bottom that snaps. Like @swurlygurl's. When I was shopping there were life jacket type ones like the adult ones where you pull over your shoulders and zip up (it, also, did not have a pillow). I wanted something safer that would keep them in the suit.
