We got the Lovin' Hug Capri, (plugs in) and love it to death. We used it pretty much daily for 18 months and plan to use it again for #2. It is really big though. C loved it for a long time but I hate it it's huge, never sat completely flat no matter what we tried, and the motor is almost totally shot after 4 months. I've read FP will send a replacement motor but I don't even want to fix it for a future baby. Unfortunately, my MIL gifted it to us (though it was on our registry) so my husband thinks it's rude to get rid of it. Sigh. We have a small house!</p> <p>We had the SUPER basic model Graco swing (used) for #1, but it was such a piece of junk we ended up throwing it away.</p> <p>I don't want to spend a ton of money. I think I want it to be able to fold up, but doesn't necessarily need to be one of the tiny portable ones.</p> <p>Also, question. Do you think it is necessary to get a swing that also sways from side to side? </p>
