I skimmed though a book about one woman (she was an actress on Law & Order a while ago) and her journey with IF. She had her daughter through IVF and I thought her story was interesting. Her book:
http://www.amazon.com/Baby-Steps-Having-Always-Expected/dp/0738216631/ref=pd_ybh_6

I made a thread a couple days ago about this book
http://www.amazon.com/Vitro-Fertilization-R-T-Making-Babies/dp/0816060479/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1375324367&sr=1-1&keywords=the+art+of+making+babies
^this version isn't the most updated one. There is a newer one that was published this year.
This book obviously focuses on IVF but the doctor who wrote it explains the different IVF protocols and different causes of IF and his reasoning behind why some protocols are better for certain IF causes. He also mentions some interesting things about why IVF fails in some women and how that in and of itself can be diagnostic and that he's had women with "unexplained IF" go one to have successful pregnancies via IVF.

My thread is here if you wanted more info

@Leialou: @bluestriped bee: Most of the IF blogs I followed have now become pregnancy & parenting blogs (hooray for success stories). I would start with the Stirrup Queens' Blog Roll though - there are literally hundreds of blogs to follow from there!

I've read a number of infertility books and felt that many of them had information that could be found on a good IF blog. One book that was different and useful, though, was The Infertility Workbook by Barbara Blitzer. It's probably better to buy than to borrow since it's an actual workbook, but it uses different approaches to help you cope with IF emotionally.

@just_ju: I'd love to hear what you think of Conquering Infertility...that book has been on my to-read list!

I currently have "Navigating the Land of IF" by Melissa Ford (of the Stirrup Queens blog) and "Conquering Infertility" by Dr. Alice Domar checked out of the library.

"When You're Not Expecting" and "What He Can Expect When She's Not Expecting" (more for my husband than for me, but worth including) are also on my list of books to check out eventually.

I read "Waiting for Daisy", which isn't a 'resource' book, its a woman's story of IF, treatment, surrogacy(I think) and adoption - really well written, and a fantastic story.
I also read Hannah's Hope, which is a wonderful book (but written by a Christian author about women in the Bible who dealt with infertility).

For me, blogs helped more than books, and boards like HB were great also, because I could get a variety of people's stories, rather than just one.

Anyone read any IF books?

I heard about 'The IF survival handbook' recently and was wondering if any of you have read it.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/1573223816

Looking at that book and the other books that Amazon recommends, I see that there are quite a number of books out there for IF.
I might have to go to Barnes and Noble to flip through some of them to see how I like them.

Other books I see are: (listing some of the highly rated ones.)
'Infertility cure'
'Empty womb, aching heart'
'When you are not pregnant'
'Every drunken cheerleader, why not me?'
