You don't always have to be a member of a certain group to belong. For example, the Boeing Employees Credit Union takes anyone who lives in Washington... etc. Look around and you should be able to find some great interest rates and then consider moving ALL your money to a credit union to take power and money away from the big banks! You'll be surprised at the amazing car and home loans you can get through credit unions too...
