My son was an early riser his entire life! This morning he was bright eyed and bushy tailed at 5:30.

No real advice, other than just follow your LO's lead.

For the longest time M's bedtime has been 6/6:30 then she'll usually sleep till 5/6am. But in the last few weeks she has been fighting the bedtime so I thought maybe she has been wanting to move her bedtime so I started doing 7pm bedtime instead. And generally it works very well for us. But sometimes (like 1-2x a week) she will be WIDE awake at bed time. Some nights she won't go down till 8:30p and last night 9pm!
No matter what time she falls asleep she's awake at 6am.
And oh before this all started she was STTN and now she wakes up 1x a night and some nights 2-3x.

It doesn't matter what time her wake up from 2nd nap is. Yesterday she woke up from her last nap at 2pm and she wouldn't sleep till 9. Some days she wakes up from last nap at 330p and will sleep at 7pm and some nights 8pm.

The one thing I do notice is her nap times at day care are very irregular. Sometimes she only takes 1 nap, sometimes 2 and often at very different times. Yet with me on the weekends it's almost always between 930-945 for 1-1.5hours then again around 2:30pm for 45-60mins.

Any input? Do you think this is a result of a transition to one nap?

P.S. I'm not really trying to "fix "anything. Just curious if anyone has any insight. I get worried when she only sleeps 9p-6am! That doesn't seem enough night sleep for a 11.5 month old!
