They're instagram accounts where people just post items for sale. First paypal email to comment gets the item. Then the shop owner invoices you on paypal, and once you pay, they send it out. It's usually moms clearing out their LO's closets... but sometimes there will be people making things like headbands, bows, etc. </p> <p>I've been following a few (if you look through one, you will figure out there is a whole huge network of them! Just click other peoples' usernames and you will find a ton!!) and I'm a little addicted now.</p> <p>Have you made any purchases on them yet? I just made my first purchase and I'm so excited! A Pumpkin Patch top in excellent used condition (EUC) for $5 plus shipping... came out to $6.86 total. </p>
