The headhunter is a dude so I'm just not sure he would understand what was appropriate for a woman in a lifestyle/fashion brand. I started to think that maybe he said suit because he's a guy and I do think that guys really have no other option. And he said that a suit is 'always' best, not for this client in particular (i.e. he didn't lead me to believe that based on his knowledge of this particular client that's what he thinks).
