<description>&#60;p&#62;When I was interviewing people, we used a method called topgrading. Very specific and VERY in depth. The phone interview lasted close to 2 hours and then there were two in person interviews!

<description>&#60;p&#62;Do you feel like you are good at interviewing people and determining their personality, work ethic, etc. based on one or two short meetings with them? If so, what are your interview techniques and what questions get the most telling answers? Just curious because we are interviewing and I think it is so difficult to read a person based on one interview. I am trying to find better questions to ask.
