What hours you'll need her to work<br /> 2. How long she's been nannying/babysitting<br /> 3. Does she have CPR certifications?<br /> 4. Will she cook for LO/herself?<br /> 5. What holidays does she want/get off<br /> 6. Will she do any cleaning/tidying up?<br /> 7. Give her scenarios and have her tell you what she would do in the situation (LO has been throwing up all day in her care, she sees a rash on LO, LO starts choking, etc)<br /> 8.
