We tried several, each for a few days, and there was only one that he barely seemed to interact with, so we stuck with that one. It is a soft stuffed bunny. I just tucked it under her arm when I was rocking her before bedtime then put it down with her, and the very first night in her crib with it she snuggled right up to it and it was love. She probably started getting attaching to it between 6-8 months maybe? He does reach for it during the night, and is now sleeping through the night for the first time in months. We also have recently started sleep training, and I am thinking it is helping him to fall back to sleep when he wakes at night. I judged that it was small enough not to present a suffocation risk. I started tucking an A&amp;A security blanket between LO and me while breastfeeding for a few weeks then started putting it in the crib with her. I've tried giving our 9 month old a A&amp;A Security blanket but she really doesn't have any interest in it right now. Our oldest is obsessed with her blankie, so I was surprised she didn't take to it right away! when did you introduce a lovey? </p>
