We canno breathe on him if we've had something to eat that's been made with peanut oil (so we have to be careful about snacks) and worry about cross contamination from places like bakeries. He's been rushed to the ER before &amp; carries two epipens. He's the only person in our family with the allergy.</p> <p>We introduced peanut butter to Chloe at 9 months, on the advice of our pedi, and she had no allergies.</p> <p>We didn't let her eat peanut halves until more recently (she's 21.5 months). She has a full set of teeth now &amp; a better grasp on chewing.
