I got the 5c because I figured for the same price I could get double the memory and figured the other extra features on the 5s didn't really matter that much to me. I actually like the look of the 5c better which is why I got it. The reason I returned it? The darn thing was so slippery I couldn't hang onto it. The first night it slipped out of my hand while I was breastfeeding and nailed LO square in the forehead. I felt AWFUL. The first 24 hours I literally dropped it 20 times. No surprise that after this abuse I began having problems with the screen working properly. Eventually I got a case for it and this solved the problem but by then the screen was having issues so back it went. I notice no difference in processing times between the two. If you Google iPhone speed comparison you can find YouTube videos that demonstrate how little difference there is in the processing speed. The finger print scan only works about 2/3's of the time and can be frustrating too. Truthfully I think the 5c is great once you put a case on it. It's also faster. It has a co processor for specifically graphics, which means that graphics and the sensors will work much better and quicker. It also has dual flash on the camera and you can record in slow motion on the 5s, which you can't do on the 5c. This is all courtesy of DH because I had no idea about all this.
