<description>&#60;p&#62;@MamaMoose:  They said they can't help us until he can call them from another phone or I have his phone in my hand and call them (and he's hours away so that won't happen until he's home).  He doesn't have the ability to call them from where he is and I'm lucky to get a 5 minute phone call once a day from a phone he borrows because of the work they are doing.  It's so crazy!

<description>&#60;p&#62;@MamaMoose:  I've had some words with my cell provider today because DH's phone did that a month ago, and it is doing it again now.  But, we are both extra pissed this time because he's out of town, unreachable, and I'm super pregnant.  It seems weird that it's more of a phone issue that cell provider.

They actually ended up doing something else that made it work but since I was still under warranty they suggested I go ahead and take a free new phone since they couldn't promise that it wouldn't happen again.

<description>&#60;p&#62;My Verizon iPhone 5s has no cellular service.  It just says &#34;searching&#34; in the upper left corner.  I'm not receiving any texts or emails and can't make calls.  For the last few days it has been going into that &#34;Searching&#34; mode every now and then, but today it hasn't had service at all.  I'm in my office where I normally have perfect service so I know it's an issue with the phone.  I've rebooted, I've tried turning the wifi on and off, I've confirmed I'm not in aiplane mode, I've turned the cellular data on and off.  Nada.  Any ideas before I got waste my life at the Apple or Verizon store?
