My phone the other day wouldn't ring and the alarms wouldn't go off, yet music and stuff worked. I know the speakers work because it rings if I get a call or when my alarm goes off. But if I play Pandora or try to watch a video there is no sound. And if I try to push the volume button on the side to turn the sound up the little screen that shows the volume level doesn't even come up. Any ideas? I've already tried the handy trick of turning it off and turning it back on. </p>
