But it still wasn't fixed after they downloaded something to it, so I ended up googling alternative fixes and came upon the alcohol wipe method. It was my home button that was sticky, so I was able to keep rubbing it vigorously but I don't know how feasible it will be with the top lock button. Or the one at the top? My husband had an issue with the home button and Apple replaced the phone even though it was out of warranty because it was a "known issue". I hope they do the same for you!
