At 5pm - 6pm there was a quick 15-30 minute catnap on Daddy after a bottle. Around 6 months she dropped that catnap. I think the idea is to get 14-ish hours of sleep within a 24 hour period, so a lot of it depends on the length of her naps. I realized that he was taking two really short naps in the morning, like 30 minutes, so one day I decided to skip errands and put him down at home and since then he's been on two. (Usually 1 hour and then 2 hours). She has been taking 3, 30-40 minute naps for weeks now (with the occasional 10-20 min one). Today, she flat out refused the second nap. This resulted in a morning nap of 45 minutes, and a late afternoon nap of 1.5 hours... is this just a fluke? Or is it maybe a sign she could go down to 2 naps? </p>
