If I don't wear a tighter nursing bra / tank to sleep, I'd wake up in pain due to engorgement (there is still no prediction if my LO would wake or not at night, or how many times he would wake). And if you don't wear a nursing bra, wouldn't you leak everywhere especially at night? I LOVE it. It's Gilligan and O'Malley from target, and it's so comfortable. I went to get another online and they only have one size:( I will have to check in store for my size. This specific one is really stretchy, full coverage, with a mesh lining underneath. When I wear a v-neck shirt it looks like a cami underneath. My boobs are too big to walk around braless ever, so even though I'm no longer nursing I still wearing my wireless nursing bras around the house, and when I was nursing and wanted to go out, I always wore underwire nursing bras. And I don't think I could comfortably pull my boob out of a normal bra. So for me, nursing bras are definitely necessary.
