<description>&#60;p&#62;A good friend of ours recommended a sitter to us and I'm wondering if it's necessary to meet with the person. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The woman works at a daycare and has for the last 12 years, and she comes highly recommended. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;She'll be sitting with my kids for about 3 hours after they've both gone to bed. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Should I meet with her beforehand? Have her meet the kids just in case they wake up? (very unlikely).
