Boys run in my husband's family though so it's very probable that the ultrasound is right. I had my u/s at 16+4, which is pretty early.</p> <p>It does make me feel better that she had her legs wide open and there were definitely no little boy parts. I had my anatomy scan last week and she had her legs closed tight though. We had a girl, and my favorite color is pink so naturally her room and wardrobe was full of pink. And everything was opened, washed, and therefore non returnable. I am going to try to keep things as gender neutral as possible anyways, so that if we are blessed with a 2nd baby and it is the other sex that we'll still be set up. It would sure be a shocker for the gender to be 'wrong'....but not the end of the world. and I guess if you keep telling yourself that it could be wrong, then you are better prepared. In the end, we both just really want a healthy baby and will be happy either way, but I'm so afraid of having the nursery done and all of that and wind up bringing home a boy! And it's so hard to keep things neutral when there's so many cute things out there that are boy/girl specific! Someone tell me I'm a paranoid spaz.... </p>
