It definitely helped me carve out time each day to really think positive, slow down, and block out the negativity that would flood my mind with every failed cycle. I've gotten BFNs so far but I think this type of mediation where you visualize getting pregnant or at least relaxing your body to better intercept it can be therapeutic. I'm going to continue using it. Once I start TTC again (next year), I'll start using it. Figure it's cheaper and easier than going to a therapist.
