I get highlights, but If I got dye I would do that also. Idk about you all, but my hair looks awful during pregnancy. My hair dresser said she knew I was pregnant just by how much my hair has changed and I was only 7 weeks at the time. I have my appt. next week, I'll be 12 weeks. I was such a stickler my last pregnancy and even gave a preggo friend of mine a hard time about getting highlights early in her pregnancy and look at me now! I didn't get my hair done my entire first pregnancy!! Second pregnancy I'm way less scared to "take a risk" I guess. Like the pp said, it's not on your head long and if the fumes aren't strong then it should be ok. I certainly don't want to cause any harm to the baby! I figured after the first tri was fine. I did it in my last pregnancy too.
