<description>&#60;p&#62;Our doctor actually recommend soy foods (including edamame, tofu, and soy milk) for DD since she doesn't eat much meat and she doesn't like cow's milk.  She doesn't have soy every day, but my understanding is that soy foods are fine in moderation.
