I'm obviously as new to this as you are, but Ellie's been doing this same thing for the past three days. She's a drool/spit up machine. I've been assuming it's probably teething.

My guy has always spit up a ton, but there are a few times it's definitely been worse -- when he first started rolling over and when he first started army crawling. I've heard the increased drool at 3ish months can cause more spit up too, but I'm not sure if that's been true for us or not.

My LO was a spit-up machine when teething started somewhere around 4 months. Is your LO drooling a lot? My only thing I watched for and counted was wet diapers, but if he was happy and eating, all was fine. It made for a lot of laundry though!

LO is 3.5 months old, and barely spits up normally. Well today he has basically emptied his guts level spit up 4x (not projectile at all though), and had one loose stool diaper. He acts completely happy after each spit-up but it's just so untypical for him! No fever, but I don't think he's kept anything he ate down today. Some people suggested it could be a teething symptom? Should I keep offering his normal amount for feedings? Thoughts?
