She's a drool/spit up machine. Is your LO drooling a lot? My only thing I watched for and counted was wet diapers, but if he was happy and eating, all was fine. Well today he has basically emptied his guts level spit up 4x (not projectile at all though), and had one loose stool diaper. He acts completely happy after each spit-up but it's just so untypical for him! No fever, but I don't think he's kept anything he ate down today. Some people suggested it could be a teething symptom? Should I keep offering his normal amount for feedings? Thoughts? </p>
