The BLW posts recently have made me try and give more finger foods. Liam has been having a tough time with potty training so it's nice to know I am not alone. I should ask for some tips and tricks on that. </p> <p>I have to say for me it's been really fun to see how other Mom's balance things. My circle is mainly SAHMs and most have nannies. Bee and I are always talking about parenting too, which helps a lot.</p> <p>Here are some of the ways it's changed the way we parent our kids:</p> <p>* We learned about the importance of sensory play from Mrs. Hide &amp; Seek, and Charlie now paints and does activities almost every day!<br /> * I make a big effort to read a few books a day to Charlie. I didn't realize how early you could start reading to the kids!<br /> * I am much more proactive about using discipline and positive parenting, after reading a number of books about it. I feel like we've turned a corner with Charlie and he's becoming less spoiled, and that definitely would not have happened without Hellobee.<br /> * I am taking better care of Charlie's teeth, after being inspired by so many of you.</p> <p>I'm sure there are even more things we've learned.
