When my DD had it, it was mainly on her knees, elbows to lower arms, and diaper area. She only had maybe half a dozen blisters total on her hands and feet, and a couple in her mouth. Hope your LO feels better soon!

@LAZB: My LO got HFM before she could walk. She didn't have any blisters on the feet. The doctor said that was typical since they develop where there is friction.

Definitely not just on the hand and feet. In the mouth is actually a very common spot. That's mainly where my daughter had hers along with arms.
Poor baby. Good thing is by the time the rash shows the virus is on its way out.

L started developing a rash yesterday, so I took her to the pediatricians office. It was on her mouth and legs but she didn't seem too bothered by it. At the doctors office she had a temperature of 100.8, and the doctor found two sides in her mouth, so diagnosed HFM. Today she is at about 65% energy level, and rash is way worse on her legs, but still not on her hands or feet. I'm wondering if it could be something else. Thoughts? Here are couple pics from today
