I chose it, actually. I think it makes it so much easier to budget! I get paid at the end of every month and use that money for the next month, so it is super easy to figure our budget. My husband gets paid every other week and its so annoying! Sometimes he gets paid the 1st/3rd week, sometimes the 2nd/4th. Sometimes he gets a 3rd paycheck in a month-- which seems exciting until we realize that means we won't be getting another one until almost half way through the next month so it isn't really that exciting.
