We need to set limits for him because he would live outside in the winter if he could. In January it is typically around 0 or in the negatives (fahrenheit) the whole month, and he's still so happy to play outside. The weather is pretty much the same as where you, @Bao:, live. </p> <p>They will close schools here though for extremely cold temperatures. I continued to walk LOs home from daycare in the stroller and ergo. DCP made a comment about it being too cold when it was 55F. Maybe because i am in Canada, so my limit would likely be closer to something to -20 degrees Celsius (which i calculated to be -4 Fahrenheit). And when it is that cold, there is usually a windchill factor that makes it feel colder.</p> <p>That being said, i walked to the grocery store with LO this morning and it was only -5C (23 F) with a windchill of -13 (9 F), and he got really cold. I think it was because he was sitting in the stroller and not moving around. And not dressed warm enough.
