Not sure how to get to her STTN. But I don't mind getting up once or twice though. Call me crazy but sometimes I enjoy it! They're only this little for so long. I remember when I stopped nursing my son, i was so sad. I missed the bonding experience so I'm trying to enjoy it with my DD. Once or twice a night is ok. Usually he wakes up sometime between 5-7 hours, nurses, and then conks back out for another 4-5 hours. Even when he sleeps 9-10 hours I can nurse him first thing in the AM and put him back down for another 2 hours. </p> <p>I haven't tried letting him CIO during those wake-ups or offer him a pacifier. He's been really distracted when he nurses during the day and I feel like he's not eating as much but I know I have his full attention/concentration at night. We sleep trained her and she is doing pretty well with that, however, she still wakes up about twice a night to nurse. I'm trying not to compare but I have some friends with babies LO's age or younger and they STTN without eating at all. I am just wondering if this is normal, and at what age is it not? </p>
