She sleeps on her side every night now. For the first couple weeks we just used rolled up blankets to prop her up and prevent her from rolling all the way over. I brought it up to the pediatrician and he said as long as she isn't on her belly, it's okay. Some babies just like their sides better, I guess. She has not rolled over onto her belly, just back to her back. Our little girl is only 2 days old and she's managing to turn on her side while sleeping. I put her on her back and she's ending up on her side. Is this normal? Should I put barriers to stop it?</p> <p>She also loves to tilt her head in an extreme side position (that I was planning to ask her doc about in 2 days) but in just a few hours she's full on turning to her side. She doesn't seem to have any problems breathing. </p>
