With LO1, my chest was sore when I first got a positive test but I think it went away in the first trimester. I'm currently 16 weeks and my chest is still hurting. A LOT. There were just full, tender and heavy in the first tri, but I was on supplemental P then and that is expected. </p> <p>Hopefully some others will chime in if it's normal or not. I think it somehow had something to do with nursing hormones (we totally weaned when I was about 10 weeks pregnant) but they started hurting really bad around 14/15 weeks. But as of a week or so ago, my right boob has KILLED. It feels full and "heavy" or else gets sometimes stabbing, shooting pain. My nipple is very sensitive too. I had breast reduction years ago, so the tissue there is already kind of thick and sensitive. My left one isn't as bad. Sometimes it even hurts to wear a bra. Is this normal? </p>
