I think the only common pregnancy symptom for everyone is the fact that they are constantly changing on us, lol. You'll be great!

I remember the same thing, it would come and go. I tried to keep myself calm by thinking "if I'm not bleeding I'm good" and most babies make it, hence the large world population.

Hopefully Nov 26th comes quickly for you!

yup!! I had SO many random symptoms that I just eventually learned to attribute everything to pregnancy! each day was different.

basically just learn the warning signs (pre term labor, bleeding, etc) and then don't worry about anything else :)

Definitely normal. My symptoms were intermittent at times, especially in the very beginning. I could feel extremely like myself one day and then different the very next day.

@MamaMoose: Easier said than done! I am such a worrier. I think I will feel better once I can see the little bean on the screen and hear his/her heartbeat!

Yup my symptoms definitely came and went over time. I know it's hard not to obsess at the beginning when you feel like you have no real tangible sense of the pregnancy but try to relax and enjoy it!

I am pretty early on in my pregnancy (6 weeks) but have been dealing with a dull, constant nausea for a little over a week now. However, today I feel fine. I really don't feel sick at all. So, instead of being grateful for having a day of relief, I am of course panicking that something is wrong.

Is this normal? Are symptoms persistent one day and not as bad the next? I don't have my first OB appt. until Nov. 26th so I am going to be obsessing until then.
