Anything under 0.5% is not considered to really have alcohol in it. My DH tells people to stay away from Sutter Home Fre because the process used to make it is really bad for your stomach lining. Ariel by J. Lohr is a really good one, the process they use is really safe. My midwife advised that even if it has trace amounts of alcohol (non alcoholic wine or beer) I shouldn't drink it. We found some de-alchohized wine at the store that is "less than 0.5%". Last night I took that to my neighbors and poured a small splash in a glass and mixed with it with club soda to make a "spritzer".</p> <p>Do you think it's safe?? If I straight up turn down booze it will be VERY obvious what's going on. lol! </p>
