So for about a week and a half I have been almost exclusively formula feeding with the occasional breastfeeding session - most often when she needs comforting.</p> <p>However, my body does seem to be producing milk still. My breasts are no longer engorged and I very rarely leak, but if I squeeze my nipples milk will come out. And, as I said, I breastfeed LO once a day or once every 2 days. </p> <p>My question is: have I ruined my supply by taking this time out? I don't want to breastfeed full time, but I would love to reinstate 2-3 feedings a day. I think I was so overwhelmed in the beginning with just adjusting to being a new mom that my stress might have affected supply. But now I am much more relaxed, so perhaps things could be easier. </p>
