That's hilarious! DH doesn't talk in his sleep but he does do stuff when he's half awake half asleep. The night before last, I was trying to get LO to doze off. She was in my arms, fussing, and DH was next to us sleeping. Her fussing must have half woken him up because he shot out his hand out and ruffled her hair really roughly (like he was roughly petting the dog!) then went completely back to sleep.
