So I got some kiddie probiotics from GNC and he ate one every day and did not get sick a single time in almost a month of travel! I didn't take any and got a little bit of a tummy thing, and we were eating the same things. He said the main rules are bottled water and don't let LO eat unpeeled fruits or uncooked veggies, and he should be just fine. </p> <p>I have read a lot of reviews the past week and everyone keeps posting the milk is fine as long as it comes in the little cartons. We were told to avoid fruits/veggies at restaurants if they may have been washed in unclean water (so salad, for instance.)
