I felt queasy everyday from about 6 weeks to 13-14 weeks, but never threw up. I had to eat something small hourly from about 6am-1pm to keep the nausea manageable.

I was very lucky, mostly nauseous and gagging when I smelled something I didn't like. But never throwing up, all of that went away around the 15-16 week mark.

I never threw up but felt queasy a few times in the first trimester. It only happened if I had an empty stomach. I tried keeping saltine crackers close by and would eat them to combat the queasiness.

I threw up maybe 5 or 6 times total. I had constant nausea starting around 7 or 8 weeks, but was able to control it by eating small, but heavy/filling meals and snacks constantly (bread, a side of mashed potatoes, etc). But then at 11/12 weeks I threw up, and the nausea got worse (sometimes leading to actually throwing up) until I was 16 weeks along. I always threw up in the morning, always felt better afterwards, and was able to go on with my day.

@smocks: @hilsy85: I also had no morning sickness at all and a great labor and delivery! Perhaps there's a genetic component to morning sickness - my mother didn't have any morning sickness for either of her pregnancies.

I'm 8w1d and so far, I've just had nausea. Nothing worse than putting me off food for a couple hours or indigestion/food aversion after I eat. Not everyone gets awful morning sickness. My mom, aunt and grandma swear they were never sick at all!

I never threw up, only got queasy. And even that only lasted for maybe 3 or 4 weeks (starting around week 7). There were a few days when I felt like I couldn't eat anything, and at the time I thought it was awful. But looking back on it, it really wasn't bad at all.

I never threw up! I got nausea around week 6, but if I ate consistently every 3 hours, it stayed away. And then a couple weeks later, I stopped noticing it altogether!

I had all day nausea from week 6 to about week 20...I threw up less than 10 times. I told my husband the worst part is the nonstop nausea...one week of all day nausea is manageable but after several weeks it definitely starts to get to you. I remember thinking I would not be able to handle another pregnancy but when it finally broke it never came back and I can barely remember it now

I threw up nearly every morning from 7 weeks to 15 weeks, then Monday mornings only until 23-24 weeks. I was nauseous pretty much the whole time, and lost about 10 pounds in the first tri. After that I didn't feel nauseous but I never had much of an appetite for the remainder of the pregnancy. Never got medication for it though.

Isn't it the worst to want to be pregnant so badly for so long, then feel absolutely wretched when it does happen!

I had a little nausea but only when I ate too much or not enough. And I actually got sick only twice but both times I was super tired and had eaten too much.

A lot of people I know have had horrible morning sickness. In fact, when I first told people I was pregnant, they kept telling me how I was going to have weeks of sickness and some days when I couldn't even get out of bed.

I had basically 0 morning sickness. Actually I felt best in the mornings and only felt mildly queasy when a) I ate things I can no longer palate (lentil soup), or b) a lot of times in the evenings. Even then I wasn't really "queasy", more just didn't have an appetite. But I got off super easy. :)

Nope. I never threw up. I felt nauseous if there wasn't enough food in my stomach for maybe 4 weeks, tops, but it was never bad. It was kind of how you feel if you take a multi vitamin on an empty stomach, and eating always made it go away.
