I used the regular mustela foaming shampoo for cradle cap, left it sitting on her hair for a few minutes before scrubbing with the little brush and rinsing out, and it seemed to help. But I think the biggest help was coating her scalp in coconut oil and letting that sit for a little while, then brushing and combing the flakes out with a fine tooth comb. It was gross but satisfyingly effective.
