<description>&#60;p&#62;Just an update. It's not gotten worse but I called my doctor and they wanted me to come in to be sure. Turns out she had a umbilical granuloma and needed silver nitrate to help it heal and dry out.

<description>&#60;p&#62;My last baby had a majorly goopy one. It seemed like it took forever to dry up since it fell off a bit early I think. And yes it had a gross smell at times. So I’d say fine for now and you can always call to ask if they have advice on drying it up (I think we just waited it out but I remember it getting on all her clothes!)

<description>&#60;p&#62;It's late so I can't call my pediatrician but my babies cord is starting to come off. I noticed underneath it looks kinds goopy and yellow. She has no fever and I'd eating well. It only has a slight smell if you get super super  close to it but it's hardly there.
