Oh man! K was ALWAYS up in my ribcage on my right side! It was always her bum, so pushing back usually did little. Leaning backwards over a pillow or the yoga ball seemed to give me a little bit of relief.

@cheert16: @zippylef: Sweet relief! I just did what you both suggested and literally SAW him flip over in my belly. It was so so weird! I've never seen that much movement on the outside. He's still got either his legs or his arms stretched wayyyyy out but at least they aren't in my ribs now :)

I would push back too. C loved to wedge her feet under my ribcage and I would sit down and press against them with my hands until she let up enough for me to breathe.

I push back - when i feel a foot in my rib cage- i push at it till he moves it! Alot of the time switch positions- or going for a walk can help. I tend to go the to the furthest away bathroom just to get a walk in so maybe he will move a bit!

I am almost 30 weeks, and today is the first day I'm massively uncomfortable. I don't know what Baby Grizz is doing in there, but I'm having trouble catching my breath and I literally feel either fingers or toes in my ribs... some kind of appendage is poking me and it hurts! I've read a little on the Spinning Babies website, but I was under the impression that's more for preparation for labor & delivery.

Is there anything I can do to encourage him to scootch around, or is this something I'll just have to get used to until June? I was fine early this morning! Now I can barely get any work done.
