I don't sleep well ever so I was always wary of my temps. The bad news is that if you don't sleep well or long enough that can impact your temp. So tracking CM, temps, and using OPK's- those 3 combined can give you the best indicator from all my research and experience.</p> <p>And FYI, I had a temp rise (somewhat?) and one positive OPK (I wasn't tracking CM at the time) when I got my BFP, but fertility friend didn't even give me crosshairs (which it sets when it seems to observe ovulation, I guess?) so either way...
